So this is how being a Year 5 feels like….

By arzhou | August 4, 2008

1 more week before NUS starts, as always the frenzy of CORS bidding up going on. Friends asking me on MSN what are to good modules to take, which modules are easy (Go see my old guide its still good I believe)

I am getting this feeling of being “old” in NUS now… nearly most of my peers have graduated, and are moving on with their lives, for me I am trying to complete this current chapter of it. Its really nostalgic to see all the freshmen starting to matriculate it during the Matric fair itself, them just entering University and for me… well I am almost leaving it. (not likely to stay on for post-grad) I still sort of remembered when I still a freshman, not knowing how bidding is done, trying to sort out the laptop loans, wondering who are the people in my class etc etc etc

Ok… i still go through some of that, especially now that I am taking modules entirely by myself since this semester I have complete freedom of choice. (rare for an engineer) Well it will be fun to finally do something less engineering related.

Wonder how I should introduce myself at tutorial class (especially those level 1000 modules) “Hi, I am Adrian, I am a year 5!” Probably the simplest and most straightforward works best.
