Finally a proper post about Ar-weiser

Since I started brewing beer actively, I keep telling myself I needed to blog about this new hobby of mine.

The first 3 beers I made were just for practice, the 4th beer was sort of a properly thought out beer (as proper as a real amateur can get)

Anyway, presenting version 1 of Ar-weiser 401: Cinnamon Ginger Dark Ale (I will think of better names in the future)

Its pretty much still a malt extract beer, but I am planning on moving to partial grains soon so the quality of future beers should go u.

Recipe:

Dark Ale extract

Amber malt 500g

Dextrose 1kg

5 sticks of cinnamon (should have added more)

2 slices of ginger (should have added more)

    Hey, drop the hyphen leh. Arweiser looks much better than Ar-weiser.

    Damn I miss Arweiser. One of the best beers I’ve ever had.
