7th Year Itch in NUS?

Super belated post. Another interesting Sight in NUS. There is this room called the 7th year itch room! My friend Sippy somehow found it. (Do not ask me how)
That is Sippy’s hand… yea she wanted Credit for that.
I tried to peep into that room but no idea what it does. Anyone knows? or care to guess where this room is hidden?
Maybe keropokman who is quite familar with NUS knows?
