Singapore Slingers vs Melbourne Tigers

This is sort of a belated entry but I was invited by Precious and Highway blogger to watch the Singapore Slinger’s match, along with some other bloggers. For those who do not know, there really is a professional basketball team in Singapore called the Singapore Slingers. Anyway the bunch of us got to sit in the corporate seat ^_^, that meant free food and beer!
It was definitely a refreshing experience considering the last time I was competitive sports locally was during the Malaysian Cup Era… that was like ages ago. I did attend a few live sporting events while I was in Philadelphia though.
Overall the match was quite exciting, with the Slingers coming back from over 16 points down but eventually losing by 4 points.
