How do Chemical Engineering Undergrads spend their weekend?

By arzhou | October 13, 2007

Definitely not clubbing or partying or going out (as much as I think I need to do any of those). Nope not for this week or the previous week or even next week. Weekends are meant to be spent in NUS, in the computer labs running your simulations and doing lab reports. Yes that is the most productive way to spend a weekend.

I think this is the 3rd weekend in a row I am spending my time in the computer lab doing my design project and other stuff. My friend who is seated next to me just took it to another level, he just spent the entire night in the computer lab running simulations and stuff.

Seriously who needs sleep. I am an engineer! *ROAAAARRR*

Ok now back to work…

*Disclaimer: that was just a rant and does not mean that chemical engineers have no life, in fact most of us DO have lives…. just that recently it seem to have gotten lost.*

Simulations are such a hassle and time consuming but we have no choice but to do it :(
