Save the Earth 2007 Project

Spent the greater part of today’s afternoon going around NUS to hang banners with my senior from Chemical Engineering, Vivien. The banners were a publicity material for a project by Mediacorp to promote recycling.
What will happen people just need to bring down recyclable items down to a collection center and exchange them for a nice goodie bag.
Details as follows:
22nd July – Collection Point is SPC Telok Blangah and Jurong West: 12.30 – 6.30pm
29th July – Collection Point is SPC AMK and Bukit Merah: 12.30 – 6.30 pm

So pls do your part for the environment not just bringing recyclables for this event, but doing it in your normal life, reuse plastic bags, reduce plastic usage by brining your own bag shopping and recycle stuff like paper, cans etc.
